Frequently asked questions

FarmX is a free Android app by MAK Services that connects farmers and buyers directly. Farmers post their vegetables, fruits, grains and other produce with photos and price. Buyers nearby send offers, and the farmer chooses the best one.

No. Farmers pay nothing to post produce, receive offers or complete deals. They get the full agreed price from the buyer.

Buyers pay a small service fee only after a deal is completed, never before buying. The fee and the free first deals are shown in the app before you send an offer. You can pay any time by UPI, card or net banking.

The buyer pays the farmer directly as agreed in the deal, on pickup or in advance. FarmX does not hold the money for produce.

Yes. Your phone number is hidden from everyone. It is shared only with the other person of a confirmed deal, so that you can talk and arrange pickup. Public bids show buyer names partly hidden.

Users can submit KYC documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, land record or GST. After the FarmX team checks them, a green Verified badge appears on the profile, produce and offers. Only the last 4 digits of Aadhaar are saved.

FarmX works anywhere in India. We are starting with farmers and buyers in Nellore and other districts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
